THE SCHEDULE C LINE NUMBER, NOT JUST A CATEGORY Every receipt lands in a Schedule C category with the real IRS line number printed next to it: Meals on Line 24b, Travel on 24a, Supplies on 22, Office on 18 and the rest. That line number follows the expense everywhere, including the CSV and the PDF, so at tax time you copy figures across instead of guessing which box they belong in. Import from Photos runs them as a batch and hands you a queue of confirmations, one tap each when the scan is clean. REPORTS YOUR ACCOUNTANT CAN OPEN The Reports tab shows quarterly and yearly totals, a breakdown by category, monthly bars and the countdown to your next estimated-tax deadline. Export a CSV for the spreadsheet or a PDF with receipt thumbnails grouped by category. Both carry the Schedule C line number. NO ACCOUNT. NO SIGN UP. There is no login, no password and no server to sign up for. Receipts, amounts and images stay on this iPhone, and the reading is done by Apple's on-device Vision engine, so no receipt image and no extracted text is ever uploaded. NO GPS. NO BATTERY DRAIN.
