Rustle It

Rustle It is the staff app for SEND provisions. It's where your team records what actually happened with each child — on the day it happens, not on Sunday evening. Capture an observation in the room or the garden, tag it to the right child, add photos, and it's saved. No hunting through a camera roll a week later, no rewriting notes from memory. DAILY OBSERVATIONS • Write a post for a child and add photos from your library or straight from the camera • Posts are timestamped and filed against that child automatically • Filter a child's record by Today, This Week or This Month • Drafts save as you type, so an interrupted post is still there when you come back to it • Published posts lock, so the record stays exactly as it was written • A post written without an internet connection is held on the device and uploads itself once you're back online AI TYPO FIX • One tap gets you a spelling and grammar suggestion for what you've written • You see the proposed change highlighted and decide whether to accept it - nothing is altered behind your back TODAY'S DASHBOARD • The sessions running now, and the ones starting in the next half hour • Sign a child in and out in a tap; lateness is derived from the actual times • Mark a no-show • Sessions with nothing recorded, or a missing sign-out, are surfaced rather than quietly disappearing • Narrow it to just your own sessions, or see the whole provision • Jump straight from a session to that child's posts BUILT FOR SHARED iPADS • Staff pick their name and unlock with their own PIN • Switch user in a couple of taps between sessions • The device locks itself after a spell of inactivity, and anyone can lock it on the spot • Two-factor authentication available on the device account ACCESS AND PRIVACY • Roles decide what each person can do; staff with read-only access don't get an add button they can't use • External or visiting staff can be restricted to a named list of children ACCOUNT REQUIRED Rustle It is a subscription product for SEND provisions and specialist settings.
