Racket Coach is the instructor app for Racket Crush, the racket sports platform where players find partners, courts and someone to train with. Players look for an instructor from inside the Racket Crush player app. Racket Coach is where you build the profile they see, keep it current, and answer the ones who write to you. A PROFILE PLAYERS CAN JUDGE YOU BY - The sports you teach - tennis, padel, squash, badminton, pickleball - with your years of experience in each - The levels you take on: beginner, intermediate, advanced - An about-me section in your own words - Rates you set yourself: separate prices for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes, private and group, with group size and per-person or whole-group pricing - Your weekly working hours, day by day - Up to five courts you teach at, picked from the court list. If yours is not there, you can submit it. - Your city and country - A profile photo plus a gallery of up to 30 shots, each with its own caption - Certificates and diplomas: shoot one with the camera, pick it from your photo library, or upload a file. Certificate files are kept in private storage and are not published on your profile. A completion meter on the home screen shows how far along your profile is. Once it is at least half filled in, you start appearing in the coach list inside the player app. SEE THE ROOM BEFORE YOU WALK IN The home screen shows how many players are on Racket Crush, how many unread messages and review requests are waiting for you, and the skill-level breakdown of the player base sport by sport - which level is crowded in tennis, in padel, in squash. Useful when you are deciding how to position yourself. TALK TO THE PLAYERS WHO WANT YOU - The player writes first, you reply. No cold outreach to do. - Live chat with unread badges, conversation search and day separators - Mute a conversation, clear its history, or remove it from your inbox - Report or block anyone. Blocked people sit on their own list, and you can undo a block from there. - You get a notification when a player messages you. STUDENTS AND FEEDBACK - A player who wants to review you asks permission first. The request lands in Pending Approvals and you approve or decline it. - Reviews from the students you approved collect on your profile, together with a satisfaction percentage and the number of students who rated you. - You can rate a student back: stars and a written note that appear on the player's profile. SEE YOURSELF THE WAY PLAYERS DO One tap opens your profile the way it renders in the player app. YOUR ACCOUNT Sign in with e-mail or phone plus a password, or with Google or Apple. Reset your password with a code sent to your e-mail or by SMS, change your phone number, update your contact e-mail, freeze your account, or delete it for good.
