LBO Soldier

LBO Soldier is the private companion app for Soldiers whose leaders use Army Leaders Book Online (Army LBO). It puts assigned information in one focused place and sends updates back to the leader workspace. YOUR ASSIGNED DAY See current attention items, the next assigned shift and upcoming schedule details. Review work schedules, Fireguard, CQ and staff-duty assignments, pass and leave, schools, appointments, unit events and other calendar items. Eligible events can be added to your device calendar. TASKS AND READINESS Open assigned tasks and due-outs, change your status, mark work complete and add a comment for your leader. Complete assigned readiness updates and surveys, save a draft when supported, and submit responses from the app. PRIVATE COMMUNICATIONS Receive leader messages in a private Soldier inbox. Open items, acknowledge required messages and keep track of what still needs attention. Push notifications and optional local reminders help you recognize new assignments and approaching times. YOUR LEADER When your leader chooses to share contact details, use available call, text and email shortcuts from My Leader. SECURE DEVICE ACCESS Pair the app with your existing Army LBO Soldier record. After pairing, biometric authentication or your device passcode protects access. Review trusted-device status, manage notification preferences, and unpair the app to clear local account data. GETTING STARTED Your leader must use Army LBO and maintain a matching Soldier record with your current email address. Pair using your DoD ID and the verification code sent to that address. You do not need your own paid Army LBO subscription to use LBO Soldier. The app displays information assigned to the paired Soldier. LBO Soldier is independently provided for Army LBO users.
