eLLVate

eLLVate is the community app built exclusively for Lake Las Vegas residents — a private space to connect with neighbors, stay in the loop, and get more out of living here. Community Forum Talk with neighbors across dedicated channels — Announcements, HOA, Marina & Boating, Golf, Trails, Dining, Sports Club, Buy & Sell, and General. Ask questions, share recommendations, or just say hello. Local Events Browse what's happening around the lake and RSVP in a tap — from sunset yoga on the marina lawn to neighborhood movie nights. Never miss what's going on in your own backyard. Neighborhood Missions Complete fun, community-driven challenges — meet your neighbors, support local businesses, and earn XP as you go. Climb the community leaderboard and build your streak. Local Services Directory Find and review trusted local businesses and service providers recommended by people who actually live here — landscapers, tutors, contractors, and more. HOA Petitions Raise real issues with the HOA board and rally support from your neighbors. Track petitions from creation through the board's response. Stay in the Loop Get a weekly digest of what you missed, manage your notifications, and keep your profile up to date — all built around one goal: making Lake Las Vegas feel like the tight-knit community it is. eLLVate is free for everyone in the Lake Las Vegas community.
