DicoReach is an app for viewing examination images stored in your facility's PACS on your devices. USE CASES • View images from an image server in an examination or treatment room. • Connect from a branch clinic, home, or another location through your facility's VPN. • View facility PACS images from an existing smartphone or tablet. FEATURES • Three connection settings: PACS IP address, AE Title, and port. • Retrieval over VPN. Images return over the same association, so no additional inbound VPN or router configuration is required. The PACS must still be configured to allow the app. • A built-in connection check tests TCP reachability, association, C-ECHO, and C-FIND. With the optional toggle on, it also checks one real study hit and a 1-SOP thumbnail via C-GET. It explains where the connection stopped so you can confirm access before purchasing. • 2D viewing: window width/level, CT presets, slice navigation, cine, and two-up comparison. • Images are not saved to the device photo library or an in-app archive. The protected temporary working cache is deleted after about 90 minutes, periodically while the app is open, or on the next launch or resume. It is excluded from backups. • Patient information and images are not sent to our servers or third-party servers. PRICE The app is free to download. The bundled demo and the connection check (required TCP through C-FIND; with the toggle on, one real study hit and a 1-SOP thumbnail) are free. Study search and series retrieve from a real PACS require the non-consumable Full Feature Unlock (one-time purchase). One purchase covers every device using the same account, with no limit on saved PACS profiles. BEFORE USE This app is not a medical device and is not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Use it only for image reference, conferences, patient explanations, and filing. Distance measurements are uncalibrated reference values. Use the app within your facility's governance policies. SUPPORTED PROTOCOLS DICOM C-ECHO, C-FIND, and C-GET.
