EVIDE Mobile

EVIDE Mobile is the companion application for authorized business and professional users of the EVIDE evidentiary platform. EVIDE is an External Evidentiary Deposit designed to preserve digital evidence and structured declarations in a verifiable, integrity-protected form. The EVIDE Mobile app provides authenticated access to the EVIDE environment and enables authorized users to create and manage evidentiary intakes directly from a mobile device. EVIDE supports multiple intake types, including files, URLs, text, structured JSON, and Human Structured Intake. Human Structured Intake enables users to preserve structured declarations concerning human decisions, determinations, and interventions together with their available evidentiary context. Depending on the intake, this may include declared authority, decision type, closure timestamp, classification status, threshold information, boundary readiness, unresolved signals, and references to external evidence. Integrity mechanisms include deterministic processing, SHA-256 hashing, server-generated timestamps, and unique EVIDE identifiers. EVIDE is designed for professional environments where provenance, integrity, accountability, and historical reconstructability matter, including AI governance, compliance, cybersecurity, incident response, fraud investigation, and organizational decision processes. EVIDE preserves evidence and declarations. It does not determine whether a decision was correct, lawful, compliant, or authorized. Access to EVIDE Mobile requires an authorized professional account and a DAPI-verified identity established through the EVIDE business onboarding process. The app does not sell, promote, or unlock digital content, subscriptions, premium features, or services. It contains no purchasing mechanism and no links or calls to action directing users to an external purchasing flow.
