A clear way to answer, "Did I already take it?" おくすり記録帳 is a simple medication logging app with large text, local reminders, dose records, stock tracking, a calendar, and weekly report sharing. REMINDERS Set reminder times and respond from the notification with Taken or Later. If a reminder is not confirmed, the app can schedule up to three follow-up reminders at 10-minute intervals. DOSE RECORDS See the last taken time for each medicine. If you recently marked the same medicine as taken, the app shows a caution before recording another dose. MEDICINES AND STOCK Record the name, dose text, multiple times, daily, weekday or every-other-day schedules, remaining stock, photos, and notes. CALENDAR AND WEEKLY REPORT Check your monthly history, review the last 7 days, and share a weekly report image with family or a pharmacist. Medication records stay on the device and are not used to select or serve ads. ADS The app shows a banner at the bottom of the screen. Full-screen ads may also appear at natural breaks after completed actions, such as recording a dose or saving a medicine. A one-time purchase in Settings hides both banner and full-screen ads. Medication logging, reminders, stock tracking, the calendar, and report sharing remain available without that purchase. IMPORTANT This app is a recording and reminder tool, not a medical device.
