Two seconds of whatever you're building, once an hour. A day of clips lines up into one. Stack them per product and you get the whole story of how it was made. Hacklog is for indie makers who ship alone. Not a demo. Not a launch post. Just the fact that you were working on it. ■ ONE TAP, TWO SECONDS • A reminder comes every hour. Tap once, two seconds record, done. • One clip per hour, up to 24 a day. The day closes at 4am. • Held sideways or upright, every clip plays as a landscape 16:9 frame with the hour stamped in the middle. ■ EVERY CLIP BELONGS TO A PRODUCT • Pick which product the clip goes to. Put it in several if you touched shared code. • A product is one app or project: name, one-line note, and status — in progress, shipped, or discontinued. • Open a product to replay its days in order, from the first clip to today.
