The app combines your location and compass heading with live storm-cell, lightning, and government-issued weather alert data. See the nearest tracked cell, its direction and movement, recent lightning activity, active alerts, and a confidence assessment for each result. StormDistance is designed for quick situational awareness. It is not a substitute for official warnings, emergency instructions, or professional weather services.
