THE BRIDGE A mission readiness compass, a weekly progress meter, real cadet ranks, a countdown to the big date, and today's orders in one place. TRAINING DECK A 9 week Zero to 5K running program, a 3 day beginner strength plan, swim and cross country session logging, and the Naval Academy Candidate Fitness Assessment standards as the long range bar. Connect Apple Health to count steps, workouts, and closed Activity rings automatically. CADET COMMAND Built for Sea Cadets and Civil Air Patrol: PRT standards by age with Fitness Ribbon targets, drill countdowns with prep checklists and a seabag packing list, a promotion board interview trainer with a timed mock board, and CPFT standards. SCHOOL AND FUEL Class grades with an estimated GPA, assignments and tests that land on the calendar automatically, and six daily nutrition habits with streaks. CHORES, CONFIRMED BY A PARENT Kids check chores off. The parent who owns the chore gets notified, then confirms or sends it back. Confirmed chores move the weekly meter and earn points toward each parent's designated reward, like weekend electronics time. BUILT FOR CO-PARENTS Each parent has their own account with a private PIN. Parents manage only their own chores and rewards, never see each other's, and both see the student's shared progress. A parenting time schedule shows the right chores at the right house. REMINDERS THAT DO THE NAGGING FOR YOU Over a dozen schedulable reminders: run reveille, gym call, study call, homework check, chores check, lights out, and automatic drill prep countdowns.
