CARMAgree™ — E-Signature

CARMAgree™ is e-signature that reads the document first. Most platforms move a file from one inbox to another. They rarely look inside it. CARMAgree™ screens what you are about to send, routes it for signature, seals the executed copy, and keeps the record — because the hard questions about a signature tend to arrive later, in a dispute. THE INTEGRITY SCREEN Every envelope is screened by CARMAscan™ before it goes out, and the screen reports what it found in the file: • Hidden content — white-on-white runs, zero-point type, text tucked outside the visible layout • Tracked changes and comments that survived the last save • Document metadata — authors, timestamps and revision history riding along inside the file • Undefined terms and unfilled placeholders • Counterparty screening — sanctions and exclusion lists, litigation, entity identity CARMAgree™ reports. You rule. When the screen flags something, you either acknowledge it on the record — with a note that becomes part of the audit trail — or pull the document back to be revised. Findings stay in your private audit trail: not on the certificate, and not shown to signers. SIGNING • Signature, initials, date and company fields anchored to the blocks already in your agreement • Sequential or parallel routing — send to everyone at once, or step through an order • Signers get their own secure link and need no account. Nothing to install, nothing to register • Automatic reminders to signers who have not acted yet • Templates for the documents you send repeatedly, with roles attached THE RECORD Every event on the envelope is written into its evidence record — screened, delivered, viewed, executed — each one timestamped in UTC. The completed document is cryptographically sealed, and the signatures, the certificate and the trail travel together as one PDF. Retention is unlimited, on one tier. Whoever signs up is the admin; invite the rest and set roles from the app. WHAT IT IS NOT CARMAgree™ is e-signature. It is not a contract lifecycle system and it does not manage obligations after signature. It does not quietly alter your document either — it reports what is in the file and records the call you made. GETTING IN A CARMAgree™ account is created at carmagree.com. PRIVACY CARMAgree™ collects the name and email address you sign in with, the counterparty details you enter, and the documents you upload to send for signature. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
