Description
Somewhere on the world's oceans, is someone you love is working aboard an AIDA cruise ship? Sea You Soon answers the question their family asks every single day: where are they right now?
FOR FAMILIES
Your seafarer sends you a personal invitation code โ that's the whole setup. From then on you see where they are today and tomorrow, the port photo, the local weather, what time it is on board (and when they're likely awake), and how many days until they come home. Sometimes a little message arrives from the ship, like a note in a bottle.
FOR SEAFARERS
Follow your own tour of duty: today's berth or tender anchorage, tonight's clock change spelt out before it steals your hour, the countdown you can switch off on long contracts, and every ship of the fleet in one itinerary โ including the answer to the eternal question, "when do we meet the sister ship?" Invite your loved ones with one tap, see who follows you, and send them a short message from wherever the ocean has taken you.
FOR EVERYONE WHO LOVES SHIPS
No code? Follow any AIDA ship's public voyage โ live position at sea, ports, sailing times โ simply out of curiosity or to dream about the next holiday.
BUILT DIFFERENTLY
โข No account needed to follow a ship โ no sign-up, no tracking, nothing to allow
โข Never uses your location: it shows the ship's position, which is public
โข Works offline โ the full sailing schedule travels with the app, made for ship wifi and terminal hotspots
โข No adverts, no analytics, no data sold. Ever.
Written by a serving cruise-ship Show Manager, Lord Patrick, who wanted his family to know where he was โ and then realised every colleague on board wanted the same.
Sea You Soon is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by AIDA Cruises. Ship names and schedules are used factually.
