Sam appraises your property in person, and this is where that appraisal lives afterwards along with what is happening in your street and your suburb. WHAT IS INSIDE Your property The current appraised value of your own home, and how that has moved since the last time Sam looked at it. Your market Reports for your suburb. What has sold, what it went for, and how long it took. Sam AI Ask a question and get an answer straight away, drawn from your own records and Sam's notes on the local market. It asks before you use it the first time, it does not guess, and you can turn it off. Your agent Message Sam directly. He reads every message himself. Listings Have a look at what is on the market. Save the ones you like so they are there when you come back. HOW ACCESS WORKS My Roof shows what one specific property is worth, so every account is tied to a home Sam has appraised in person. New sign-ups wait for Sam to open the account. If he has not been to your place yet, you can ask him to come and have a look from inside the app.
