About

Every other app does one of two things: count down to a single date, or count how many days in a row you checked in. Neither helps when the question is "how much do all these separate stretches add up to?" DayLedger does only that: one task, many start–end intervals, one running total. LOG ONE IN THREE SECONDS • Today / Yesterday — one tap, nothing else to choose • Pick dates — like booking a hotel: tap the start, tap the end, the range fills in • Future dates work too — planning leave or a trip is the whole point TWO UNITS • Days — dates only. Aug 1–Aug 3 is 3 days (counting both ends is optional) • Hours — pick a date, then set start and end with 15-minute steppers. No spinning wheels FOUR COUNTING PERIODS — CHOSEN PER TASK • Look back from today — the last month, the last year, or any number of days, trimmed day by day at the edge • This year — from Jan 1, or from your work anniversary • From a date — everything from that day on, including planned future dates • All time — no period at all NUMBERS YOU CAN READ • Total, remaining, interval count, average length • Overlapping intervals are flagged, and a day is only ever counted once • Future days are shown separately, so what happened and what is planned never blur together TEMPLATES ARE JUST A STARTING POINT Overseas stay, tax residency, Schengen 90/180, annual leave, business trips, continuing education hours, training hours — pick one and the fields are pre-filled. Every number can be changed or deleted. NO RULES ARE BUILT IN The limit is always yours to enter, and it is optional. This app does not judge whether you have gone over, shows no traffic lights, and makes no claim about how any country's visa or regulation is calculated. It does the arithmetic and leaves the judgement to you. That is deliberate — policies change, and you are the one who has to answer for the number. PRIVACY No sign-up, no account, no server. Your data stays on your device. Export CSV for spreadsheets, or export a backup file and import it on another device. One-time purchase. No ads, no subscription, no in-app purchases.Read more
