Family Care Notebook is an offline tool for family caregivers. Open it and start writing. No account, no internet connection. ONE PHONE, UP TO FIVE PEOPLE Each person's records are completely separate. Switch between them and you only ever see that one person's information. TODAY'S CARE Medication, meals, fluids, toileting, measurements, exercise and clinic visits. Set them once, daily or weekly. Mark them done, skipped or postponed, snooze a reminder, and add a note while it is still fresh. EMERGENCY CARD One tap from the home screen. The emergency number is always shown, and emergency contacts and the usual hospital are large buttons. Tapping one opens your phone's dialer with the number filled in, and you decide whether to place the call. RECORDS Temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, mood and general observations, plus events such as a fall or a hospital visit, and upcoming appointments. Look back by date or by type. ENCRYPTED BACKUPS Export an encrypted backup file protected by a password you choose, then send it wherever you like using your phone's own share sheet. Import it again when you change phones. ABOUT YOUR DATA This app collects nothing and uploads nothing. There is no account and no cloud. Everything lives in an encrypted database on your phone. Your data only leaves the device if you export a backup and choose to share it yourself. WHAT THIS APP DOES NOT DO It does not diagnose, does not interpret any measurement, does not advise on medication, and does not replace a doctor or a nurse. It helps you write things down and reminds you.
