CaribSafe People is the staff app for hospitality teams. View your published duty, clock in and out, request leave, complete documents, and finish training — all connected to what your property publishes in CaribSafe. Managers approve leave and swaps, send updates, and track training without chasing paper or chat threads. DUTY & SCHEDULE • See this week’s published shifts • Open a day for times and day tasks • Managers can view team duty and who is signed on SIGN ON / TIME CLOCK • GPS sign-on when your property requires on-site check-in • Track on-site time while you are signed on • Sign off when your duty ends LEAVE & SWAPS • Check balances and submit leave requests • Request duty swaps with teammates • Get notified when managers approve or decline UPDATES & RECOGNITION • Read property announcements and recognition • Comment and acknowledge when required • Stay in the loop without group-chat noise DOCUMENTS & TRAINING • Complete onboarding and HR documents • Take assigned courses and track progress • Keep certificates and compliance items visible PROFILE & SETTINGS • Update your profile photo and preferences • Prefer English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, or French • Request account deletion from Settings when you leave the property Access is employer-provisioned. Your hotel or villa HR invites you with a setup code — there is no public sign-up. CaribSafe People works with the CaribSafe portal used by property managers and HR.
