Aqaraty is a quiet, private record of the properties you rent out. Add a property, add the tenant and the rent, and the app works out every due date from the lease itself. Mark what has been paid, log the repairs and the taxes, and see what each property really earns you. Everything stays on your device and in your own iCloud. There is no account, no server, no advertising, and nothing is collected about you.
