FlatStock is an inventory app for small businesses that deal in physical things. Tools, parts, stock, equipment, supplies, whatever fills your shelves and your vans. It runs on the phone you already carry, and it keeps working in stockrooms that have no signal. One price, one plan $24.99 a month or $199 a year, after a 14 day free trial. No per user fees. No limits that move once your list starts to grow. You can hold up to 10,000 items. Works where there is no signal Every screen reads and writes on the phone itself. Walk into a basement, a container or the back of a warehouse, count a full shelf, and nothing stops to wait for a connection. Your changes go up quietly the next time you have one. Scan, count, reorder Point the camera at a barcode to pull up an item or to add a new one. Tap to adjust a count. Put a minimum level on anything you reorder, and FlatStock tells you when stock drops to it. Know who has what Check items out to a person, a van or a job in plain words. Nobody needs their own account and there are no seats to buy. Your whole team shares one login, and the log shows what went out, who took it and when it is due back. Folders and photos Nest folders up to five levels deep so the app matches the way your storage is actually arranged. Add photos so a new hire can find the right part without asking anyone. Your data stays yours Bring an existing inventory across from a spreadsheet, photos included. Export all of it to CSV whenever you want.
