Travelsnap is a disposable camera. Not a filter. Not an editor. You pick a camera, it gives you twelve shots, and when they're gone, they're gone. PICK A CAMERA Three to start with, each one hand-drawn: • Taipei — swallowtail roof, red lanterns, green glazed tiles • Tokyo — nigiri, maki, a pair of chopsticks • London — Union Jack, leather body Swipe to choose one, then start shooting. TWELVE SHOTS TO A ROLL Each camera holds twelve shots. The counter sits at the bottom of the screen so you always know where you are. Take the twelfth and that camera is finished — there's no reloading it. Twelve isn't many. That's the point. You start looking twice before you press the shutter. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SHOOT Press the shutter and the photo goes off to develop. A second later it comes back with the city name printed on it. The typeface, the colour and the placement are different every time — and the colour is pulled out of the photo you just took. A dusk sky gets warm gold. Blue hour gets rust. Twelve shots of the same city come back looking like twelve different things. WHAT THIS APP DOESN'T DO • No internet. There is no network connection at all • No data collection. No account, no sign-up, no tracking • No filters. The photo is what you shot • No swapping cities mid-roll.
