BorderCount tracks how many days you spend in each country and province, automatically, so you always know where you stand against the limits that matter. WHY IT EXISTS Cross the Canada-US border regularly and the days add up faster than you think. Spend too long in the United States and the IRS can treat you as a tax resident under the Substantial Presence Test. Spend too long outside your province and you can lose provincial health coverage. Neither rule announces itself - you find out afterwards. AUTOMATIC CROSSING DETECTION BorderCount records your border crossings in the background. There is no trip to log and no button to remember. It is event-driven rather than constant GPS: the app wakes when something suggests you may have crossed, takes a short high-accuracy reading, and goes back to sleep. SUBSCRIPTION BorderCount Pro unlocks the full app, and is offered as two auto-renewing subscriptions: BorderCount Pro Monthly and BorderCount Pro Annual. Prices are shown in your local currency on the subscription screen in the app, and in the App Store, before you confirm. Each includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of that period.
