Diamond Physiques is the training app for clients of Diamond Physiques By Alex. It is where your program lives: the sessions your coach has written for you, the sets you log, and the numbers that show you are getting stronger. This app is for existing clients. Your coach creates your account, so there is no sign-up inside the app. YOUR PROGRAM, WRITTEN FOR YOU Every session is assigned by your coach, with the exercises, sets, reps and target loads laid out in order. Tap a workout to start it. A LOGGER THAT KEEPS UP WITH YOU Log each set as you finish it. What you lifted last time sits next to today's target, so you always know what you are chasing. IT WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Gyms have terrible reception. Sets you log with no connection are held on your phone and sent the moment you are back online. Nothing is lost, and you never have to think about it. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Body weight, measurements and your best lifts, tracked over time. NUTRITION Log your food against the targets your coach has set for you. WEEKLY CHECK-INS Online clients report sleep, stress, training and how the week actually went, including anything that hurts. Logging a workout is simpler. Sets save as you move to the next box, so there is no button on each set, and Complete Workout at the bottom is the only button. To fix a saved set, type over it. To remove one, empty both boxes. Reopening a workout shows the sets you have already logged. Your sets still save with no signal in the gym. If a set cannot be saved, or a change cannot be made without signal, the reason shows under that set and what you typed stays in the box. A weight typed with a comma, like 82,5, is saved as 82.5.
