Jot it naturally. Tap the mic and say "passport, grey drawer, bedroom." No forms, no folders, no tidy filing system to maintain. 2. Get on with your day. Your words become a clean, searchable memory in about three seconds. 3. Ask when it matters. Say "Where's my passport?" and there it is, with the date you put it there.
