Tagg'd -- The New Way To Tagg

Tagg’d is a real-life game of tag where your phone helps keep track of what’s happening, while you do the actual tagging. Create a game, choose an outdoor play area, pick teams, and then put your phone away and start playing. When a Tagger catches a Hider, both players hold the Tagg’d button for five seconds to confirm the tag. Hiders stay hidden on the map, so Taggers have to find them on their own, and the only time a Hider appears on the map is if they leave the play area. Every five minutes, the play area can get smaller, giving everyone a reason to keep moving. Hiders also get a head start before Taggers can tag, with the host choosing how long it lasts. There are three optional power-ups: Blind, which temporarily removes map information; Close In, which moves the next boundary change forward; and Freeze, which temporarily stops everyone from tagging. Hosts can customize the game, including the round length, head start, tag range, map shrinking, power-ups, and teams. You can also practice by yourself before playing a real game. Add friends using friend codes and see how you compare on your friends-only leaderboard. Everyone gets one free game each day, with two free games on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Additional games cost 350 coins, which can be earned through games and daily challenges or purchased if you want. Tagg’d is designed to be played outside with at least two people, and your phone can stay in your pocket while you play. Location Services should be set to Always for the game to work properly. Your location is only shared with players in your current game and is not saved to our database after the game ends. Please stay aware of your surroundings, watch for cars, bikes, water, curbs, and other people, and only play in places where you’re allowed to be. Tagg’d is for ages 13 and up and has no ads.
