Yard-Ops

YardOps is the field app for vehicle stockyard operations. Security and yard staff use it to record every vehicle movement accurately, without paperwork. 1. Check vehicles in: scan or type the chassis number, assign a lane, and record any damage on arrival. 2. Check vehicles out: select the driver and reason, with the vehicle's details confirmed on screen before release. 3. Scan chassis numbers with the camera: the barcode is read directly, so long VINs are captured exactly. 4. Track key custody: see which keys are on the board, which are out with a driver, and which are overdue for return. 5. Assign drivers and hand over keys, with a full history of who held each key and when. 6. See today's activity for your yard at a glance. 7. Get notified the moment a vehicle needs to be moved or a key needs attention.
