ONE CAMERA, ONE SHIPMENT RECORD Point one camera at the label and item. A quiet progress display shows which selected order, tracking, item, SKU/serial, buyer, and address fields were collected on device. Tap one record button for the continuous packing video. After stopping, review anything that was missed. If several codes are visible, choose the correct detected value—ReturnGuard does not guess. CHOOSE WHAT THE CAMERA COLLECTS In Settings, enable only the fields your workflow needs. Merchant profiles prefill marketplace and store details, while the on-device Product Library can match a known barcode or SKU to a frequent product. Recognition results remain editable and must be checked before export. COMPARE WHAT CAME BACK Start after-sales from the original shipment. Record the unopened return and unboxing, review shipment and return moments side by side, and mark only differences you actually observe. KEEP THE ORIGINAL, SHARE A COPY ReturnGuard locks the original recording in its local vault and creates a SHA-256 file fingerprint. A separate sharing copy can carry a frameless timestamp, short fingerprint, and time-generated verification pattern without changing the original. EXPORT MATERIALS PEOPLE CAN FOLLOW Create a compact platform PDF, a full-quality PDF, or a ZIP containing original files and a signed manifest. Record titles, order details, integrity checks, photos, and observations stay organized together. OPTIONAL ACCOUNT, LOCAL EVIDENCE No account is required for recording, saving, viewing, comparison, or export. Optional email registration uses a six-digit verification code; after verification, you may create a password and later sign in with either a new code or your email plus password. The account backs up and restores only store-profile name, marketplace, and seller/store ID. Orders, labels, buyer details, product templates, the Product Library, photos, and videos are not included. Change the password or delete the account inside the app at any time. REMEMBER TRANSACTION RISK PRIVATELY Keep factual risk memos for buyer accounts, phone numbers, or shipping addresses. Matches stay inside the selected merchant profile on this iPhone—there is no public blacklist. WORKS WHEN THE SERVER DOES NOT All evidence workflows remain local. Optional signed time receipts send only a non-reversible file fingerprint, media type, and capture time; original media and customer details are not uploaded.
