HeartsHome2 – Healthy Lifestyle Tracking IMPORTANT: COMPATIBLE EXTERNAL HARDWARE IS REQUIRED HeartsHome2 is a companion application that requires compatible external hardware for certain data collection and measurement features. HeartsHome2 cannot independently perform measurements that require the external hardware. The app receives measurement and wellness data from compatible hardware, then displays, organizes, and helps users review that device-generated information. Hardware Requirement A compatible HeartsCare C1 or C1 Plus device is required for features that collect or display measurements generated by that device. Without the required compatible hardware, HeartsHome2 cannot perform or reproduce those hardware-based measurements. Hardware compatibility, connection, and available features may vary depending on the supported device. What HeartsHome2 Does When connected to compatible external hardware, HeartsHome2 may allow users to: * Connect to compatible external hardware * Receive data generated by the connected hardware * Display collected wellness and fitness information * Organize and review previously collected information * Track lifestyle, fitness, and wellness information HeartsHome2 does not independently measure the user's health or physiological data when the required external hardware is not connected.
