Built for the people running the practice, it brings your schedule and patient records to your phone — and lets you add to the chart without going back to the desk. What you can do • See your day, week, and month at a glance • Open a patient's record, history, and medical alerts • Add photos straight to a patient's file • Capture a visit with AI Scribe — record the appointment and turn it into a draft progress note in your clinic's format Built for a clinic, not the public DOMx Mobile is for authorized clinic staff. A clinic administrator enrols your device before it can be used — there is no public sign-up, and it is not an app for patients. Private by design • Sign-in uses two-factor authentication; your password is never stored in the app • We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites • AI Scribe audio is used only to produce the transcript and note, and is not retained after processing • Every AI-generated note is a draft — the treating professional reviews and approves it before it becomes part of the record DOMx Mobile works with your clinic's DOMx system.
