Rx360

Rx360 is the app pharmacy care teams use to deliver medication and clinical care outside the pharmacy in patients' homes, on the road, and at the point of care. Nurses, care aides, and delivery staff run an entire shift from one app, and every action is documented as it happens. Rx360 is a workforce app for licensed pharmacy staff. It is not a patient-facing app and there is no self-registration your employing pharmacy issues your credentials. Pharmacists see the same record in the Rx360 web portal, and trends for weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, and insulin are charted over time. Rx360 records the care a nurse delivers against a plan authored in advance by a licensed pharmacist. It does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment. LOCATION Rx360 uses your location to confirm that a visit took place at the correct address, a requirement for controlled-substance delivery.
