Aurea Via puts the payment floor in your pocket. It is the companion app to the Aurea Via platform, built for the people who keep payments running — operators watching live traffic, managers covering a shift, and the merchants and acquirers we process for. WATCH TRAFFIC AS IT HAPPENS The Command Centre shows what is moving right now: approvals and declines as they land, volume by merchant and by acquirer, where in the world the traffic is coming from, and a live ticker of individual transactions as they arrive. It is the same board your team watches at a desk, laid out for a phone. KNOW BEFORE SOMEONE TELLS YOU Alerts arrive as push notifications the moment something changes — a merchant that has stopped sending traffic, a route declining above its threshold, a terminal returning channel errors. Tapping one opens straight to that incident, so you start by looking at the problem instead of hunting for it. And quiet when you need it: muting drops the sound and keeps the alert. Someone who asks for quiet has not asked to be left in the dark. GO DEEPER WHEN IT MATTERS Deep Analytics carries the detail behind the headline — performance by merchant, acquirer and payment method, the reasons behind declines, and how a route has behaved over time. Enough to answer "why" without waiting to get back to a desk. BUILT FOR A SHIFT Sign in once and stay signed in for the day, with a lock screen between glances. Notifications are quiet by default outside your hours. The app remembers where you were, so picking it up mid-shift takes one tap rather than three. SECURITY Two-factor authentication is available on every account and required for privileged roles. Sessions are short-lived and can be revoked across every device at once. No card numbers are sent to or displayed in this app. ACCESS Aurea Via is a workplace tool, not a consumer app. Accounts are issued by an administrator at your organisation — there is no public sign-up, and the app has nothing to show without an account. If your organisation uses Aurea Via, your administrator will provide your credentials.
