Description

Sleep Schedule is a calm planner for choosing when to go to bed or wake up. It uses simple 90-minute cycle estimates to turn one time into a practical plan for the night. FEATURES β€’ See suggested wake-up times when you are going to bed now. β€’ Work backward from a required wake-up time to plan bedtime. β€’ Set the selected wake-up time as an iPhone alarm. β€’ Adjust how long it usually takes you to fall asleep. β€’ Choose 12-hour or 24-hour time and save preferences on your device. β€’ Copy a time or add a sleep estimate to your calendar. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose Sleep now or Plan bedtime. 2. Select a suggested cycle count. 3. Set the wake-up alarm, copy the time, or add it to your calendar. PRIVACY No account is required. Sleep planner inputs, preferences, and alarm details stay on your device. Sleep Schedule has no ads. It sends limited product-usage analytics to a first-party service, including app opens, broad feature outcomes, app version, and a randomly generated installation identifier that links events from the same installation. The service may derive approximate location from the network connection. It does not send sleep times, sleep records, preference values, alarm labels, or calendar contents. Sleep-cycle length varies. Sleep Schedule does not track sleep stages, diagnose sleep conditions, or provide medical advice. Treat every suggested time as a planning estimate.
