Bubble Burp!

You play Bob. It's not entirely clear what Bob is. But one thing's for sure — Bob burps bubbles. A useful skill in Bob's world, because Bob's world is full of grumps. They're not nice. Burp a bubble at one and it goes inside, sealed up and furious. Touch the bubble and it bursts into a snack. Bob likes those snacks. Pop another straight after and the points double. Then double again. Keep the chain alive and watch the numbers get silly. A HUNDRED LEVELS, DRAWN BY HAND Not generated. Built one at a time, in blocks of ten, each block introducing an idea and ending on its hardest board. The difficulty only ever goes up. THE FLOOR IS NOT YOUR FRIEND Some ledges crumble a second after you stand on them, then grow back when you've stopped needing them. Some run like conveyor belts and take you somewhere you didn't ask to go. And some sit on a pin. Those look exactly like ordinary ledges until you step on — then they lean, and you slide. Where the pin is tells you which way you're going: pinned at one end and it always tips you the same way, pinned in the middle and it's a seesaw that drops whichever side you're standing on. The ones with ribs are geared, and they slide about twice as hard. GRUMPS WITH OPINIONS Get close and a grump notices you, and comes after you. Let a trapped one float up and burst on its own and it comes back angry — faster, redder, and it will follow you right off a ledge. PLAY IT HOW YOU LIKE On-screen controls sized to sit under your thumbs, or connect a game controller and it takes over completely — every direction, every button. Sound, music, haptics and screen shake all have switches, and Reduce Motion is respected. Your best score goes on a Game Center leaderboard, and the leaderboard is in the game — the top nine and your own place on it, on the same card as everything else. Not signed in?
