RECORD WORKING TIME AND CUSTOMER VISITS Record trips, site visits, breaks, calls, emails, remote work and other activities. Compare actual and target working time up to the selected date. Keep visit notes and attach photos or files when needed. KEEP TRACK OF TASKS BY LOCATION Plan routes and manage one-time or recurring tasks for your customers and sites. See what is due or completed in the app. Keep your own records of reviews, goals and to-dos. Optionally enable local reminders for due tasks and choose the reminder time. UNDERSTAND BUSINESS MILEAGE AND PRIVATE USE Enter at least two dated odometer readings and record all business trips in full. MD:FIELD shows the recorded business distance and calculates the remaining private share, including percentages. The calculation uses your entries between the odometer readings. The app does not automatically detect trips using GPS or determine permitted private use. CREATE REPORTS AND REVIEW CORRECTIONS Create PDF and Excel reports. Choose the document language independently of the app language; your own text is not translated. Changing or deleting a saved activity requires a reason. The timestamp, reason and before-and-after values remain in the local change history and appear in PDF reports for the relevant period. See the store for the current price. PRIVACY MD:FIELD requires no user account. Your work data remains on your device and is not automatically sent to Moonlio Digital or synchronised. Optional task reminders are scheduled locally without server push. Device and cloud backups depend on operating-system settings. External requests occur only after your action: loading a reference rate sends currency codes and a date window from 14 days before the requested reference date through that date to the ECB; importing public holidays online sends country of employment, region, language and date range to OpenHolidays API; opening Google Maps sends the origin, destination and transport mode to Google. Internet requests also technically expose the IP address and connection data to the providers. You also control all exports and sharing. IMPORTANT MD:FIELD supports personal documentation, not connected team management. Its local change history is not a forensically tamper-proof or legally conclusive audit system. The app does not replace legal, tax, employment contract or collective agreement advice. Guidance for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, labelled EU baseline profiles, stored rates, company rules and acceptance of records require individual verification.
