AFRICA's NEXUS

AFRICA’s NEXUS is a paid private networking platform for professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, founders, executives, and business leaders across Nairobi, Africa, and globally. Access to the AFRICA’s NEXUS app and its private member network requires an Annual Access subscription purchased through the App Store. PROFESSIONAL NETWORKING Members can discover other professionals, view member profiles, build connections, and stay connected to a growing private business network. AFRICA’s NEXUS is designed to support meaningful professional relationships rather than anonymous social networking. POSTS, DAILY and COMMUNITY ACTIVITY Members can share posts, engage with other members’ content, and use Daily to share short-lived updates with the network. Community features are intended for professional conversation, relationship-building, and sharing relevant business activity. PRIVATE MESSAGING Members can communicate directly with other members through private messaging. Messaging is part of the Annual Access subscription and is intended to help members continue conversations, build relationships, and follow up on introductions made through the network. BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES Members can discover information about business and investment opportunities shared through the network. AFRICA’s NEXUS provides access to opportunity information and member connections; it does not sell investments, accept investment funds, execute investment transactions, or guarantee investment outcomes through the app. Any investment decision, agreement, payment, due diligence process, or transaction takes place separately from the app between the relevant parties. Members are responsible for evaluating opportunities and carrying out their own due diligence before making business or investment decisions. EVENTS Members can discover networking events and other community activities through AFRICA’s NEXUS. Event information may include dates, locations, descriptions, and other participation details. Where an event requires a separate ticket or attendance fee, that charge is separate from the AFRICA’s NEXUS Annual Access subscription. Event tickets or other off-app event transactions are not included in the Annual Access subscription unless expressly stated. ANNUAL ACCESS The Annual Access subscription provides access to the AFRICA’s NEXUS private networking platform and its member features for one year. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled through your Apple Account before the renewal date. The price displayed in the App Store is the price applicable to your storefront. CONTENT AND COMMUNITY SAFETY AFRICA’s NEXUS includes user-generated content and member-to-member interaction. Members are expected to follow the platform’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Reporting and blocking tools are available to help members manage inappropriate or abusive content and interactions.
