About
There are moments when you feel everything. Sometimes too much. Before a phone call. After an argument. When anxiety rises. When your mind won’t stop racing. When you’re exhausted because you’ve pushed yourself too hard. In those moments, more information isn’t always what you need. Sometimes, all you need is one sentence. The right one, at the right time. “I’m Here” was created for this. It’s a quiet space you can carry with you, filled with words written to help your nervous system slow down and gently guide you toward greater calm. If you’re tired of complicated apps, everything here is intentionally simple. No exercises, feeds, ads, or noise. Just words that make you feel better. SOMETIMES, ONE SENTENCE IS ENOUGH In “Random,” you’ll find individual, self-contained affirmations presented one at a time in random order. Tap the center of the screen for the next one. If you move too quickly, tap the left side to go back. If an affirmation doesn’t reach you, keep going. When one speaks to you, pause there. WHEN ONE SENTENCE ISN’T ENOUGH In “Progressive,” you’ll find carefully structured sequences: each affirmation prepares you for the next, gently guiding you toward greater calm. If a sequence doesn’t feel right, tap “Change Sequence.” HOW TO READ THE AFFIRMATIONS Read them slowly, silently or aloud, as though you were speaking to the deepest part of yourself. Notice what they do to your breathing, your body, and your emotions. Some words will reach you. Others won’t. Don’t force it. Once the agitation has eased enough, feel free to close the app. You’re here to find enough calm to return to your life. Use the star to save the affirmations you want to revisit to “Favorites.” IF YOU HAVE THE BOOK, THE APP IS A GIFT If you purchased “Crollare bene, illuminarsi meglio,” the app is free. To access it, simply enter a word you’ll find in the book. The book is a journey to follow over time. The app is what I wanted to put in your pocket for those moments when the book isn’t there, but your phone is. THESE WORDS DIDN’T COME FROM A PEDESTAL I’m Jasmina. For more than twenty years, I’ve been writing affirmations for myself: to move through emotions, regain my balance, overcome limitations, and speak to myself in ways that helped me feel better. Over the years, I’ve studied how words affect our emotions. Then, last summer, I became unwell. It was my third nervous breakdown. That’s when I began writing a structured series of progressive affirmations to support myself through what I was experiencing. That journey became “Crollare bene, illuminarsi meglio.” I didn’t write it because I had figured everything out. I wrote it while I was still trying to find my way toward feeling better. Those words helped me get back on my feet. So I decided to publish them, hoping they might help someone else too. Later, I began sharing different kinds of phrases and reflections I had written over the years on social media. “I’m Here,” however, has one specific purpose: to bring together words created for moments of anxiety or agitation, helping you return to calm and reconnect with your center. I’m still on this journey too. Sharing what has helped me also helps me. I hope it can help you too. MY DREAM IS SIMPLE I want sensitive people to be able to feel well without having to become less sensitive. Feeling deeply can be wonderful. But it can also be exhausting. My dream is that a sensitive, anxious, or exhausted person can open this app and feel something inside them turn the volume down a little. To simply feel a little better. Enough to breathe. Enough to return to yourself. Enough to carry on with your day. To me, this is powerful gentleness: not giving up your strength, but learning to stop using it against yourself. This app is a tool for well-being and personal growth. It is not a substitute for support from a doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist.Read more
