Description
Röle — API testing that stays on your device
Röle is a lightweight, local-only API client for testing REST endpoints. There's no account to create, no sign-in screen, and no backend server in between — Röle talks directly to the APIs you point it at, and everything you build stays in plain files on your device.
Send any request
Full support for GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, PATCH, HEAD, and OPTIONS. Edit headers, query params, and body with a dedicated editor, then inspect the response — status, timing, size, and a formatted body — the moment it comes back.
Stay organized
Group related requests into collections. Set up environments for dev, staging, and production, and swap between them with variables like {{baseUrl}} instead of editing URLs by hand.
Automate your testing
Collection Runner — fire off every request in a collection in sequence and get a pass/fail summary
Flows — chain requests together, pass one response into the next, and add delays between steps
Tests — add assertions (like status code checks) that run automatically against every response
History — every request you send is saved locally, so nothing gets lost
Bring your existing work
Import a Postman or Röle workspace as JSON, with conflict handling if names collide. Export your workspace anytime to back it up or move it to another device.
Built to stay out of your way
A clean Material 3 interface with light, dark, and system theme support. Runs the same on phone or desktop.
Why local-only?
Because your API keys, staging URLs, and test data are yours. Röle doesn't sync to a server, doesn't require login, and doesn't send your requests anywhere except the endpoint you're testing.
Röle means "relay" in Turkish — the app relays requests and responses between you and your services, nothing more.
