Every license plate you see is a card you don't have yet. PL8 CLLCT turns license plate spotting into a collecting game. Point your camera at a plate and it comes back as a trading card with a fun caption, rarity, and attack. Spot the rare plates first and get your username on the card forever. CATCH PLATES, GET CARDS Snap a plate from the road, the parking lot, the driveway across the street. The app reads the plate, works out which state it's from, and builds the card around it, down to the flavor text about the plate and whoever's driving it. FIVE RARITY TIERS Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super rare, Ultra rare. Most of it comes down to the plate itself, so a short, strange, personalized plate beats seven random characters. Ultra rare is the exception: that tier is earned from likes, so the cards other collectors love are the ones that climb. LIGHT UP ALL FIFTY STATES Your catches fill in a map of the US, each state colored by the best plate you've pulled there. Catch every rarity in a state to complete it. Then there are forty-nine more. A FEED OF EVERYBODY'S CATCHES Home is the newest plates from every collector in the app, plus the cards this week has liked most. Like the ones that deserve it. VOTE ON WHAT A PLATE IS Cool, funny, creative, weird, iconic, and five more. Every card is a ballot rather than a scoreboard, and the votes decide the weekly boards. LEVEL UP Catching, liking, tagging, and lighting up a new state all pay stamina points, and enough points is a level. The rarer the card, and the newer the plate is to the collection, the more it's worth. FRIENDS Follow other collectors, watch their collections fill in beside yours, and see who's ahead. FREE AND PREMIUM Everyone gets two catches a day. PL8 CLLCT Premium raises that to twenty and removes the ads, monthly or yearly. Cards you create are public: they appear in the feed and on your profile, so shoot plates, not people.
