Built for restaurants, bars, cafés and other shift-based teams, Beecomm Shifts replaces the group chats, spreadsheets and paper sign-in sheets with a single place where employees and managers see exactly the same, current information. FOR EMPLOYEES • My shifts — see your upcoming shifts, times and role at a glance, and the whole published schedule for your team. • Availability — submit the hours you can work each week, save a default weekly availability and let it repeat automatically. • Time clock — clock in and out from your phone, with optional location verification so attendance is accurate from the first minute of the shift. • Attendance — track your hours per shift, per day and per month, and spot a missing clock-out before payroll does. • Tips — see your tips by shift, week and month, split by cash and credit, with your average tip per hour and your total including salary. • Shift swaps — hand over a shift you can't make, pick up an extra one from a co-worker, and get notified the moment it's approved. • Time off — request days off, follow the approval status and see your next break. • Checklists — work through your opening and closing tasks, attach a completion photo where proof is needed. • Documents & forms — read the documents your workplace shares with you and complete your onboarding forms right on your phone. • Notifications — a push the moment a schedule is published, a swap is approved, or a request needs your answer. ABOUT ACCOUNTS Beecomm Shifts is used by businesses. To sign in you need an account at a workplace that uses the system — you'll log in with your phone number and a one-time verification code. Location is used only while you clock in or out, to confirm you're at the workplace, and only if your business turns that option on.
