Imprimatur

Imprimatur generates QR codes and barcodes that are correct, print-ready and permanent, on Mac, iPhone and iPad. Static codes only — no redirect server, no subscription, no expiry. A static code carries its data itself, so there is nothing that has to be kept alive. Every render is decoded back and checked before it leaves the app. If the finished image does not read back byte for byte, Imprimatur refuses to export it and says what to change. That is the difference between a good proof and 500 unusable flyers. Payload text, images you import and files you export are never uploaded by Imprimatur, and it has no account system and no cloud service. Separately, the app reports anonymous usage and crash diagnostics through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, so that faults can be found and fixed. That is ordinary app telemetry and never includes the content of your codes. Imprimatur does not make dynamic or trackable codes, and never will.
