Built for Cambodian business owners. EVERY MONTH IS A CHECKLIST Each filing month opens with the days left until the filing deadline, and a short list of what is still to provide. It says plainly when a month is overdue, or when the month before it was never finished. PHOTOGRAPH YOUR DOCUMENTS Press Upload sales or Upload expenses, then take a picture - with the camera, or from photos you already have. VPK Tax reads the amount, the date and the description, and fills the entry in. You check it and tap Record, so nothing is ever booked behind your back. And because you choose the direction before the shutter, a scan can never file income as an expense, however sure it is. THE TAXES IT COVERS Value Added Tax, prepayment of tax on income, withholding tax and salary tax, month by month. Then turnover, profit, tax on income, the minimum tax check, what you have already prepaid, the balance at year end, and patent tax. FIGURES THAT ADD UP A month with no revenue and nothing to pay is marked NIL rather than left blank, because a nil return still has to be filed. Every figure is rounded once, so the twelve monthly totals, the patent line and the year-end line add up exactly to the total printed at the bottom. YOU ARE IN CHARGE The figures are a calculation to help you plan and prepare. You review every one, and you or your accountant or tax agent file the return. VPK Tax prepares a worksheet, not an official GDT form. It never files anything on your behalf, and it does not replace advice from a licensed tax agent. MONTH BY MONTH Your records build up month by month, so the numbers you need are already there when the filing date arrives. YOUR PRIVACY Your business figures belong to you. We never sell them, never share them, and never send them to any advertising or analytics service. Our staff can open them only when it is needed to run the service or to answer a support request from you. A document you photograph is sent to an AI reading service purely to extract the figures on it, under terms that forbid training on your data. Your records are stored in Singapore, the region closest to Cambodia. You can delete your account and everything in it - every filing month and every receipt image - from inside the app. Your VPK ONE sign-in is a separate account and is not removed. English or Khmer, chosen in Settings, in light and dark, following your phone's appearance.
