For private training, text your coach directly or hand it to the concierge and let them find the slot. YOUR COACH, NOT A CHATBOT Every member is paired with a certified performance coach. Read their credentials and specialties, see how many sessions you've done together, and message them from anywhere in the app. Your program is built around your history and adjusted week to week.
