CometBeat is a galaxy of playful music-making — for anyone starting out. Read notes, train your ear, and play or sing along while the app listens through the microphone and tells you how you did. Everything runs on the device: no account, no sign-in, and it works offline. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Play along and sing along — a moving note-highway shows what comes next, and live pitch detection scores what you actually played or sang. • Tune your instrument with a real tuner, and name the chords you hear with the chord listener. • Chord charts and a backing band — write a song's changes, pick a feel, and a rhythm section plays them in any key, at any tempo. Build setlists, then read them on a stand in gig mode. • Songs and sheet music — import and export LilyPond, MusicXML, MEI, kern, ABC, MIDI, guitar tab and tracker modules. • A score editor, a tablature editor and a pattern-based tracker, all touch-first. • Dozens of small games covering notes, rhythm, intervals, scales, chords and harmony, with spaced repetition so practice lands where it is needed. FOR LEARNERS AND TEACHERS The curriculum follows generic progression levels rather than any one syllabus, and a beginner-to-expert dial keeps the interface honest: it changes what you can edit, never what a piece contains or how it sounds. MUSIC YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE The built-in library is drawn from properly licensed and public-domain sources, with per-piece provenance and credits shown in the app. English and German throughout.
