KOD is the app of Royal Phone, an electronics shop in Israel (royalphone.co.il). Everything in the app is the shop's own stock, imported from the shop's website with its photos. WHAT WE SELL Physical products only, in 12 departments: - Phones - Laptops and desktop computers - Gaming: consoles, controllers, racing wheels, headsets and gaming chairs - Audio: headphones, earbuds, microphones and speakers - Keyboards and mice - Monitors - PC components: processors, motherboards, memory, graphics cards, SSDs, power supplies, cases and cooling - Tablets and smartwatches - Printers and ink - Cameras: digital cameras, action cameras, webcams and phone gimbals - Home appliances: TVs, vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums and coffee machines - Accessories: chargers, cables, adapters and styluses WARRANTY AND RETURNS - Products carry the importer's or manufacturer's warranty. Where the importer states a term, the product page shows it and who provides it; otherwise the term is stated on your invoice. - Returns within 14 days in original condition and packaging, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection law. - Arrived damaged? Contact us right away with your order number and photos and we handle it with priority through warranty or replacement. PAYMENT - Cash on delivery for home deliveries, and cash or card at the shop when you collect in person. Every cash order is confirmed by phone before it ships. PICK UP AT THE SHOP OR GET IT DELIVERED - In-store pickup: choose "pickup from the showroom" at checkout. Your order gets a pickup number and you receive a notification when it is ready. The store page in the app shows the shop's address, opening hours, phone and WhatsApp, with one-tap navigation. - Home delivery across Israel within 1 to 3 business days. ORDERS AND ACCOUNT - Browsing needs no account. To place an order, sign in with your phone number and a one-time code so the shop can reach you about your order. - Order tracking from confirmation to delivery or pickup, with your full order history. - Loyalty points: 1 point for every 10 ILS spent, redeemable against your next order. - Save delivery locations for faster checkout. - Light and dark themes, Arabic interface with full right-to-left layout.
