ATS Medical Files is a personal and family medical document organizer designed to help you scan, import, organize, store, and quickly locate important health records in one convenient place. Instead of keeping years of hospital papers, doctor reports, laboratory results, prescriptions, insurance documents, and medical records in filing cabinets or paper folders, ATS Medical Files helps you organize everything directly on your mobile device. Create separate profiles for yourself, your spouse, children, parents, or other family members. Each profile can contain its own medical documents, folders, doctors, hospitals, appointments, and notes. SCAN & IMPORT Use the built-in multi-page document scanner with automatic edge detection, perspective correction, cropping, and straightening to create clear digital copies of paper medical documents. You can also import existing photos and PDF files from your device. Store documents including: • Doctor Reports • Hospital Records • Laboratory Results • Blood Tests • MRI, CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound Reports • Surgery Records • Prescriptions • Vaccination Records • Insurance Documents • Medical Bills • Emergency Information • Dental and Vision Records • Other Medical Documents NATIVE ON-DEVICE STORAGE Medical images and PDF documents are stored in the app’s on-device document storage. Files are loaded only when you open them, helping the app manage larger medical-document collections more reliably. The Document Storage screen displays the space used by your medical files and the available storage on your device. Imported photos are automatically reduced before saving to help conserve space. ORGANIZE Create custom folders such as: • Doctor Reports • Laboratory Results • Imaging • Hospital Visits • Prescriptions • Insurance • Surgery • Dental • Vision • Vaccinations You can also create your own folders for individual doctors, hospitals, medical conditions, or other categories. FAMILY PROFILES Create separate medical profiles for family members with their own: • Medical Files • Folders • Doctors • Hospitals • Appointments • Notes Family Profiles can be renamed or removed. Confirmation is required before deleting a profile and its associated information, and the app always keeps at least one profile. APPOINTMENTS Track appointments with: • Date and Time • Doctor • Hospital or Clinic • Location • Notes The dashboard highlights upcoming appointments. DOCTORS & HOSPITALS Maintain a directory containing: • Doctors • Specialists • Hospitals • Clinics • Phone Numbers • Email Addresses • Notes SEARCH Quickly search using: • Document Name • Doctor • Hospital • Folder • Date • Notes and Tags BACKUP & RESTORE Create complete backups of your medical information and restore them when needed. You remain in control of when a backup is created or shared. PDF REPORTS Generate PDF reports containing medical-file indexes, appointments, doctors, and profile information. PRIVATE & ON YOUR DEVICE Your information is stored locally within the app on your device unless you choose to use a Backup or Share feature. No account or subscription is required.
