WingOps Kiosk turns a spare tablet into an unattended sign-up stand for events, trade shows and airfields. Leave it running on your stand. It loops your video until a visitor walks up and touches the screen, takes them through a short form, then hands them back to the video — ready for the next person. Every submission is written to the device first and uploaded in the background once a connection returns, so nothing is lost when the signal drops mid-show. Your video, logo and form are cached on the device, so the kiosk keeps working even when the network will not. VOICE AND VIDEO MESSAGES Visitors who would rather talk than type can record a short voice or video message instead of writing a note. Recordings queue and upload alongside the form. The camera and microphone are used only while a visitor is actually recording. THE FORM IS YOURS Fields, options, images, wording and the thank-you message all come from your own backend. Change what the kiosk asks between events without shipping a new build. FOR THE STAFF RUNNING THE STAND A maintenance panel, kept behind a deliberate gesture so visitors do not stumble into it, shows how many submissions are pending, sent and synced. From there staff can review what that device has captured, export it to CSV, force a sync, and reset the device between events. NO TRACKING No analytics, no advertising, no attribution SDKs and no location. The app collects only what a visitor types or records, and sends it only to your own server.
