Woodshed: Practice Looper

Woodshed is a practice room for one musician. It reads the key, tempo and section structure of your own recording on device, so a loop starts where the phrase starts instead of at an arbitrary second. Loop the bar you keep fumbling, slow it right down without losing the pitch, then walk the tempo back up as it clicks. It is the practice looper that gets you through the eight bars that will not yield. - On-device music analysis finds the key, the tempo and numbered sections in your own audio - Tap a numbered section and it loops, so you can drill the hard part on repeat - Nudge the loop points and they land on real beats, with half-second steps when no tempo was found - Slow down to a quarter speed with the pitch held steady, then bring it back up - Transpose up or down by as much as twelve semitones to suit your voice or your instrument - A practice log that fills itself in, and a bundled demo track to try it all on right away Bring your own audio file.
