Work trips spend those credits first; anything outside their policy comes off your own balance instead of being refused. There is no second app to install. REQUEST A TIME, NOT JUST A RIDE Ask for the journey you actually need. A driver can accept it or propose a different time, and you decide whether that works. Requests stay open until a driver picks them up, so an early booking is not lost because nobody was online at that moment.
