LifeChart is where you keep your medical history — organized, searchable, and entirely private. Track visits, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab results, and imaging in one place, tagged by date and by where on the body they apply. Add photos of a result or a written note in seconds. Manage more than one person — yourself, your kids, an aging parent — each with their own complete, separate history. YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE LifeChart has no account, no login, and no server. Every record you enter is stored only on your device, inside its private, encrypted-backup sandbox. We can't see it. We can't collect it. Nobody can access it remotely — not us, not a hospital, not an insurer — because it was never sent anywhere in the first place. WHY IT'S PRIVATE BY DESIGN Most health-tracking apps ask you to create an account and sync your records to a server. LifeChart doesn't. There's nothing to breach, because there's no central store of anyone's medical information — just your phone, in your hands.
