Description

Everyone gets the same letters. Every player, every game, in the same order — so nobody ever wins because the bag was kind to them. The only thing separating two scores is how those letters were played. All's Fair is a word game built as a race. You build your own private crossword while your rivals build theirs, and the first player to use every tile ends the game for everybody. ■ NOBODY GETS THE BETTER TILES One random 86-letter sequence is shared by everyone in the game. All players start with the same seven letters and refill from the identical order. No lucky draws. No unfair bags. ■ THE DAILY TOURNAMENT — FREE, FOREVER One puzzle a day, and every player on Earth gets the same 86 letters. You get one go — no replays, because seeing the letters twice would make it a memory test instead of a race. A new puzzle opens at midnight UTC. It's the one ranking every player shares, and it costs nothing. ■ COUNT THE LETTERS, NOT THE POINTS There are no letter values here. A word scores one point per letter — TIGER scores 5. Land a tile on a multiplier and every word that tile touches is multiplied. Stretch one word across TWO multipliers and they multiply together: a seven-letter word covering two 2x squares scores 28. The multipliers climb the diagonals outward, and the four corners are 10x. Use all seven tiles in one move for a 40-point bonus, and a bell rings on every player's board. ■ SPEED IS HALF THE GAME The clock is always running. Finishing first doesn't just end your game — it ends everyone else's, and they lose a point for every tile still in hand. Score 300 slowly and you'll still lose to 210 played quickly. Swapping tiles is allowed, but each swapped tile locks you out for ten seconds while your rivals hear the clock ticking. ■ THREE WAYS TO PLAY - One iPad — free, always. Practise alone, or pass a single iPad round for a 2–6 player race where everyone runs the very same letters in turn. - Daily Tournament — free, always. The whole world, the same letters, one go a day. - Online & Nearby — 2–6 players over Game Center, or over your local network in the same room. One-off unlock. ■ COMPARE BOARDS You never see an opponent's board during the game — only their score and how many tiles they have left. When it ends, every board is revealed at once, word for word. Then Game Stats draws each player's score climbing over time on the same scale, with the winning moment marked, so you can see exactly where it was won and lost. ■ A DICTIONARY THAT DOESN'T MOVE Words are judged against the All's Fair International English Lexicon, a fixed list built from open dictionary sources and checked entirely on your device. Nothing is looked up over the internet, so the same word is valid for every player, everywhere, whatever the date. It takes British, American, Australian and other English spellings. Slurs and strong profanity have been removed and can never be played. ■ PLAY YOUR WAY Turn on Relaxed mode whenever you'd rather think than race — no clock anywhere, and swapping costs nothing. Dress the board in the Cat Nap or Dog Tired themes, or add the Board Pack for three new layouts, each with its own worldwide ranking. Built for iPad. No account required to play. The Daily Tournament and One iPad mode are free and always will be. All's Fair. Same letters. Different minds. Best player wins.
