AkutPOCUS is an educational and reference app about point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) for healthcare professionals and medical students, from beginners to experienced physicians. The reference content primarily concerns adult examinations. Browse by symptom, organ or procedure. Explore probe positions, examination protocols, example images, videos, typical ultrasound findings and practical reference templates. Choose English, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish, and change language whenever you like. eFAST, lungs and thorax, and arterial cannulation are always free, including images and videos. Monthly and annual subscriptions provide the same access to all content. The price and billing period are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the store where they were purchased. Access remains available for the rest of the paid period. Confirmed subscription content can be used offline until the confirmed access period ends. External links require internet access. The app provides general reference examples. It does not record patient information, interpret users' ultrasound images, or produce medical records or PDF documentation. It does not provide patient-specific diagnoses or treatment recommendations and does not replace training, supervision, clinical judgement or local protocols.
